WKD Cocktail Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Open to UK residents (excluding ROI) aged 18 or over. Proof of age via valid ID is required. Employees of the promoter, its agents, affiliates, printers, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion, as well as their immediate families, are excluded.
2. Entries open on Friday 12^th December 2025 and close on Friday 19^th December 2025.
3. How to Enter: UK residents must enter by commenting on the official WKD Instagram post. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this entry route.
4. Entry Restrictions: Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, or entries submitted via agents or third parties, will be disqualified.
5. Prize Details: One winner will receive:

·       1x WKD Blue 10 Pack

·       1x WKD Vibe Blue Raspberry

·       2x Cocktail Glasses

·       1x Pack of Cocktail Accessories

6. The winner will be selected at random on Monday 22^nd December 2025 and notified via the official WKD Instagram account within 7 days.
7. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering this competition.
8. Prizes will be dispatched within two weeks of receiving the winner’s details.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
11. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited.
12. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the promoter, which are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The promoter is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to, failures of social media platforms, internet congestion, or computer malfunctions that may affect entry.
14. The promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend, or extend the promotion at any time.
15. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
16. Instagram and Facebook are not responsible for the administration of this promotion or the fulfilment of prizes.
