- This promotion is open to NI residents (inc ROI) aged 18 or over, but not employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
- How to enter
2.1 To enter the promotion you must purchase any x1 WKD Mixed 10 pack in one purchase between 8th October and 10th November 2025, retaining your original itemised till receipt and stapling it to your entry card as proof of purchase from participating retailers.
2.2 Entry is via in store at the selected retailers

2.3 Closing date for entries 23:59:59 on 10th November 2025.
2.4 Multiple entries are allowed providing proof of purchase on each occasion is stapled to each separate entry card. Entries through agents or third parties are invalid.
2.5 Entrant’s participation is via participating retailer store only. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this entry route.
2.6 The promoter does not assume any responsibility for entries that aren’t submitted correctly.
2.7 Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method will be disqualified and any prizes awarded will be void.
2.8 Any third-party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
2.9 Entrants must submit all entries into this promotion in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries submitted via third parties or in bulk are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your entry was submitted by such means.
2.10 The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries.
2.11 Northern Ireland: No purchase required. For an equal chance to win a prize, residents of Northern Ireland are required to send your full name, postal address in NI and email address to winawkdfridge@wkd.co.uk by 10th November 2025. Late entries will be disqualified. One entry per email, per email address per day and a maximum of (4) over the whole promotion. An entry will be made on behalf of the NI entrant into the promotion. No purchase necessary entries will have a fair and equal chance of winning. Winners only will be notified.
- Prizes
- There are 2x WKD Fridges up for grabs (1 winner per retailer from the list above) for the person who buys any WKD 10 Mixed pack and submits an entry in store.
The prize bundle consists of: 1x WKD branded fridge
- No alternatives or cash alternatives are available.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter’s control.
- All images of prizes used in store and in all communication are a representation supplied for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes.
- Notifying winners
- Winners will be drawn at random on 18th November 2025 and will be notified by promoter employees via an SHS Drinks email address within 14 days of draw date confirming your win.
- Prizes will be sent out within two weeks following receipt of winners details.
- It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid email address and to check junk mail/spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of winner notification. The promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if this email is missed/not read because it was in their junk folder.
- Any prize winner who has not responded to notification within 7 days will forfeit their prize, WKD will then contact the reserve winner.
- General
- By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to use prize winners’ information in any marketing and publicity materials which they may choose to issue (at our discretion) and if requested, the winner will participate in any publicity or other promotional activities as they may reasonably request without any further recompense.

- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- English law will settle any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
5.10 The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.

Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
